JKC 2009 and 2010 registered students.
Any Graduate(BSc, BA, BCom, BCA, etc)/ PG/ Any B.Tech ( MCA is Not eligible)
Candidate should have Good Communication Skills
Willingness to work in night shift operations

Time: Between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Support: 24/7 100% calling Inbound and Outbound Contact Center. Providing technical assistance to US/UK customers and Expected to communicate clearly, concisely and calmly in difficult and stressful situations
Customer Support: 24/7 100% calling Inbound and Outbound Contact Center (weekends working), Answering calls from US/UK customers and Expected to communicate clearly, concisely and calmly in difficult and stressful situations.
Selection Process:
Personal Interaction Round (PIR)
Voice round of Interview
HR Interviews
Documents to be carried at the time of Interview:
Please bring all your credentials, two sets of resume and two passport size photographs.
Candidate should carry Identity proof (Driving License, College ID card, PAN Card, etc)
So, if you have the above mentioned eligibility criteria and good communication skills can attend the interview directly.
